While at Punchcut we worked with Compass Real Estate to establish a north star vision for both agent/team collaboration tools and the native app experience for home buyers and sellers. Deliverables included a narrative presentation with selected concepts and interactive prototypes.

I. Agent Collaboration - Creating tools for efficiency

Compass agents describe the current team collaboration tools as inefficient and unwieldy. We worked to create concepts that help highlight a team’s expertise, make it easy to engage and build relationships with clients, and provide organized task management to meet the complex needs of a real estate team.

We explored concepts from lead to close that will help teams build strong client relationships, showcase their expertise, and work in unison. Sufficient tools means empowered agents and teams.

We delivered a presentation illustrating concepts with narrative screens, with prototypes for each flow and a mini visual system. The vision work would be used for internal socialization and research efforts with an agent audience.

II. The Compass App - Defining a future app experience

Phase II focused on working with the mobile app team to define a compelling north star for the app experience for home buyers and sellers. Clients using Compass want a useful and organized experience they feel they can trust, so the app should help them feel supported and productive.

Our concepts focused on onboarding the client, finding an agent, celebrating small victories, communication with agents, document tracking, and task management. They were included into a high-fidelity interactive prototype for internal socialization.
